Newired offers three categories of Training:
- Application training provides the understanding on how to use Newired Digital Adoption Platform;
- Dev Kit Training delivers the necessary knowledge to make specialized UI changes to Newired DAP;
- CSS Training focuses on advanced selection options.
Application Training
All users involved in creating content and supporting Newired can attend the Application Training. It consists of a basic and an advanced module. The basic training involves Product fundamentals, persona & components, how to attach steps/tips and the publishing process. In the advanced training you will learn the advanced selected precision tool, settings visibility rules, autoplays, step URLs, quick preview, slide shows, Newired portal, step action, playbooks, reporting, feedback & surveys and multi language setup.
Content:
- List of participants and internal preparation;
- Basic training and trainee exercise;
- Review of the guidance steps created by the trainees;
- Advanced training and trainee exercise;
- A review of guidance steps created by trainees.
Delivery:
– max. 4 attendees/ online sessions;
– max. 6 attendees/ in-person training.
Services: 10 Service Units/ online sessions. In-person training is set at a different pricing.
Dev Kit Training
Newired Development Kit Training is for clients that would like to customize the Newired environment using unique colors or design attributes, aligned with the organization brand policies. Prerequisites for the attendance is the completion of the Application Training and a UI understanding/experience is preferable.
Content:
- List of participants;
- Training delivery and trainee practice;
- Evaluation of the changes made by the students.
Delivery:
– max. 4 attendees/ online sessions;
– max. 6 attendees/ in-person training.
Services: 9 Service Units/ online sessions. In-person training is set at a different pricing.
CSS Training
The CSS Training provides an in-depth customizability knowledge, useful in case of very complex target application. This training provides an understanding on how Newired precision selector works and also how to use the CSS selector to an element for attachment of tips and journeys in the guidance system. Prerequisites for its attendance is the completion of the Application Training and the execution of the Application Profiling of the target application. A strong technical knowledge of HTML or other code related languages is preferable.

Delivery: Online Sessions, max. 4 to 6 attendees.
