– Bulk Operations –
Bulk Operations enable content authors to efficiently manage large volumes of content in the Editor. This feature allows you to select multiple items of the same type, such as Journeys, Steps, Hints, Bookmarks, or Playbooks, and perform a single operation for them simultaneously.
With Bulk Operations, you can duplicate multiple items at once, set them as active or back to draft, delete them, and assign labels.
To activate Bulk selection, open the three dots menu at the content item in Editor sidebar and choose “Select”:
You can now select multiple items by clicking on them one by one or by using the Shift key to select a range of items in a row. You can also click on the three dots to Select/Unselect all created items. To undo the bulk selection, click the Cancel button.
Once you have made your selection, click on the appropriate button to perform the desired operation.
